Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a capable Operations Product/Systems specialist to help drive warehouse processes. You will collaborate with warehouse stakeholders, document feature requests, plan rollouts, and review BRDs to deliver system features.

You will also participate in UAT, develop WMS SOPs, train users, and support go-live adoption while acting as a WMS superuser. The role requires a degree, 1–5 years in product management or system implementation, warehousing knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to the applied role.
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of professional working experience in product management or system implementation, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and in-house logistics technologies.
• Solid functional knowledge of warehousing operations, project management, system design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Intermediate proficiency in English to facilitate cross-border communication and collaboration with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal warehouse operations stakeholders to identify new feature requirements, process improvements, and workflow mappings.
• Centralise and document all product-related requests into structured feature request forms for strategic alignment.
• Coordinate with the Regional Product Team to plan feature rollouts, monitor execution, and ensure project realization.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and align with corresponding product managers to deliver system features.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify system gaps, communicate errors, and recommend potential feature enhancements.
• Develop local Warehouse Management System (WMS) standard operating procedures (SOPs) and facilitate user training sessions.
• Drive feature go-live plans, monitor system adoption, and gather user feedback to support continuous process optimization.
• Act as a WMS superuser, providing daily operational support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Manage additional operational and special tasks assigned by leadership to support overall warehouse excellence.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
