Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking a Product/Systems Specialist to collaborate with warehouse operations to identify feature requirements and map workflows.

You will centralise requests, coordinate with regional teams for rollouts, review BRDs, run UAT, develop WMS SOPs and training, support go-live, act as WMS superuser, and assist leadership with special tasks to drive warehouse excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to the role.
• 1–5 years of experience in product management or system implementation, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and in-house logistics technologies.

• Drive feature go-live plans, monitor system adoption, and gather user feedback to support continuous process optimization.


• Act as a WMS superuser, providing daily operational support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.


• Manage additional operational and special tasks assigned by leadership to support overall warehouse excellence.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to the applied role.


• Minimum 1 to 5 years of professional working experience in product management or system implementation, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and in-house logistics technologies.


• Solid functional knowledge of warehousing operations, project management, system design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Intermediate proficiency in English to facilitate cross-border communication and collaboration with regional stakeholders.
