Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
