Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment across shifts. You will lead a team, monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and KPI targets, and coordinate with related departments to support smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with proven leadership, data analysis, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description

• Oversee and monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards.
• Manage and ensure daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement.
• Ensure that all daily inbound, inventory, outbound operational processes, are carried out properly and accurately.
• Monitor and oversee that all operations KPIs are achieved in accordance with productivity, LSR, and SLA targets.
• Ensure the team to collaborate with related departments to support smooth operational processes.
• Ensure the team related accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance.
• Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively.
• Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major, preferably in Logistics or Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, including team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse management processes
• Able to monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, SLA, NFR, LSR, and inventory accuracy
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Familiar with SOP, Work Instructions (WI), and safety implementation in warehouse areas
• Able to coordinate cross-functionally and handle daily operational issues
• Willing to work in shifts and be mobile according to operational needs
