Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accuracy, and drive performance across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.

You'll manage manpower, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory.
• Proficiency with WMS and Excel for reporting.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control
• Proven ability to manage recurring operational schedules, manpower planning, and daily performance deliverables against strict KPIs and SLAs
• Proficiency in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel and Spreadsheets) for reporting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across departments in a structured environment
