Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize daily warehouse activities in Medan. You will oversee inbound/outbound and inventory processes, enforce KPI/SLA targets, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You will manage manpower, schedules, and performance, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate reporting using WMS and Excel tools. Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows: Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control.
• Ability to manage schedules, manpower planning, and daily performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Proficiency in handling WMS and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Spreadsheets) for reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across departments.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control
• Proven ability to manage recurring operational schedules, manpower planning, and daily performance deliverables against strict KPIs and SLAs
• Proficiency in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel and Spreadsheets) for reporting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across departments in a structured environment
