Kozystay in Surabaya is seeking a Guest Service representative to support day-to-day operations at our growing hospitality technology start-up. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and resolve inquiries, delivering friendly, professional service.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Indonesia, a diploma in hospitality, and the ability to handle flexible hours, including weekends. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience considered.
• Min. Diploma (preferably in Hospitality).
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with keen attention to detail.
• Highly proactive and able to take initiative.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest rapport.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: greet guests and ensure a smooth process.
• Address guest issues and inquiries with professionalism.
• Meet deadlines and report delays to the Property Manager.
• Monitor linens, supplies and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Respond to guest feedback to improve service quality.
