Job summary

PT Hafele Indotama is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee inventory planning and supply chain operations, coordinating with Product Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to support growth and excellence.

The role requires developing demand forecasts, monitoring stock levels, and analyzing market demand to inform replenishment plans, while optimizing safety stock and reporting to management. Strong Excel and SAP experience, plus English fluency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Planning.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, maintaining healthy inventory levels, and coordinating closely with Product Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Day to day responsibilities:

Develop demand forecasts and inventory planning strategies to ensure optimum stock availability.

Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, slow-moving items, and stock turnover performance.

Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and market demand to recommend replenishment plans.

Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Ensure appropriate safety stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

Prepare regular inventory, supply planning, and forecasting reports for management.

Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization and business growth.

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues and ensure service continuity.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
