We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead, optimize, and scale our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end supply chain management, strategic planning, and team leadership to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies


• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution


• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements


• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders


• Analyze data to forecast demand and manage risks proactively


• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team for peak performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in supply chain management or related field (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)


• Excellent leadership and people management skills


• Strong analytical thinking with problem‑solving abilities


• Expertise in ERP systems and supply chain software tools


• Outstanding communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
