Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related functions.
• Strong experience in supplier management, procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics coordination.
• Strong cost awareness and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Familiar with Indonesian market and local supply chain environment.
• Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, consumer goods or chain-store businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local supply chain plan in line with regional and HQ strategy

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory planning to maintain stock levels and reduce loss
• Coordinate local logistics resources and optimize delivery routes, lead times and service quality
• Ensure materials and products are delivered to stores accurately and on time
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery performance and procurement costs
• Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans
• Handle supply shortages, delays and emergencies to ensure store operations
• Collect needs and feedback from stores and franchise partners and coordinate with internal teams
• Work with HQ and other departments to improve local supply chain performance

Supply Chain Manager – Mandarin Speaking

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage and improve the end-to-end supply chain operation in Indonesia, covering procurement, suppliers, warehousing, inventory, logistics and store delivery.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the local supply chain plan in line with regional and HQ strategy

Manage local procurement, supplier relationships, price negotiation, quality control and purchasing costs

Oversee warehouse operations and inventory planning to maintain healthy stock levels and reduce loss or excess inventory

Coordinate local logistics resources and optimize delivery routes, lead times and service quality

Ensure materials and products are delivered to stores accurately and on time

Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery performance and procurement costs

Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans

Handle supply shortages, logistics delays and other supply chain emergencies to ensure smooth store operations

Collect supply chain needs and feedback from stores and franchise partners and coordinate with relevant internal teams

Work closely with HQ and other departments to continuously improve local supply chain performance

About you

Diploma or bachelor's degree or above

5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related functions

Strong experience in supplier management, procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics coordination

Strong cost awareness and negotiation skills

Good analytical, problem-solving and resource coordination abilities

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Familiar with the Indonesian market and local supply chain environment

Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, consumer goods or chain-store businesses is preferred
