Job summary

PT Mowilex Indonesia seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and DRP, ensuring reliable service and healthy working capital. You will drive demand consensus, translate requirements into feasible plans, and coordinate readiness for new products.

You will optimize safety stock and inter-warehouse transfers while embedding sustainability into planning decisions and leading a high-performing planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Operations Mgmt, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain Planning/PPIC in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong competency in Demand, Capacity, Production, MRP, DRP, and Inventory Planning.
• Solid understanding of S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to balance service, capacity, inventory, cost, working capital, and environmental goals.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, data analytics; Power BI is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and DRP planning.
• Lead demand review and consensus forecasting to improve accuracy.
• Translate demand and distribution requirements into feasible capacity and material plans via RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP.
• Coordinate readiness for new product launches across demand assumptions, inventory, and scheduling.
• Identify capacity, material, and distribution constraints and develop mitigations.
• Optimize safety stock, replenishment, stock allocation, and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Incorporate sustainability into planning decisions and reduce waste and emissions.
• Lead Supply Review, improve forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and working capital metrics.
• Develop team capabilities via ERP usage, data analytics, and structured problem solving.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain Planning across Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and Distribution Requirements Planning to ensure reliable customer service, material availability, capacity alignment, healthy inventory and working capital, and sustainable supply chain performance.

Job Description:

Lead integrated Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and Distribution Requirements Planning.

Lead demand review and consensus forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and minimize forecast bias.

Translate demand and distribution requirements into feasible capacity, production, and material plans through RCCP, MPS, MRP, and DRP.

Lead supply chain readiness for new product launches by coordinating demand assumptions, capacity, material availability, inventory build-up, production scheduling, and distribution deployment.

Identify capacity, material, inventory, and distribution constraints and develop appropriate mitigation scenarios.

Optimize safety stock, replenishment, stock allocation, inventory deployment, and inter-warehouse transfers.

Integrate sustainability into planning decisions through inventory waste reduction, resource optimization, transportation efficiency, and carbon-emission reduction initiatives.

Lead the Supply Review process and improve forecast accuracy, plan adherence, material availability, inventory health, DRP adherence, OTIF, and working-capital performance.

Develop team capabilities and drive continuous improvement through ERP utilization, data analytics, automation, and structured problem-solving.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning or PPIC within a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial or people-leadership role.

Strong competency in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, and Distribution Requirements Planning.

Solid understanding of S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, sustainable supply chain practices, and new product introduction planning.

Proven ability to balance customer service, capacity, inventory, cost, working capital, and environmental performance, and new product launch requirements.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, financial awareness, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools; Power BI experience is an advantage.

Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English.

Relevant supply chain certification is strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is an advantage.
