Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Specialist to source raw materials for our beauty brand in Jakarta Selatan. You will negotiate MOQs, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers, manage PO processing, and ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of procurement experience in cosmetics or FMCG, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Accurate).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate with numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Source raw materials from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate MOQ, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Procure materials based on NPD requirements.
• Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process from creation to issuance.
• Maintain raw material documentation (COA, MSDS/SDS, Halal, TDS).
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Input and update shipment and delivery information in the system.
• Verify supplier invoices against DOs and POs.
