Job summary

Facetology is seeking a Project Management Assistant Manager - Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives, including product innovation, renovation, promotions, plant movement, and related changes.

You will develop timelines, coordinate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, and other teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness before launches, using strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA 3.00.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Planning, NPD/NPI, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project timelines for Supply Chain initiatives including product changes.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables and critical paths.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Warehouse.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, drive mitigations.
• Ensure readiness across material, capacity, inventory, and warehouse), prior to launch.
• Prepare trackers, dashboards, progress reports, and lead project meetings.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor end-to-end project timelines for Supply Chain initiatives, including product innovation, renovation, promotion, plant movement, and other product-related changes.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure projects are executed according to agreed targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive follow-up and mitigation actions.
• Ensure Supply Chain readiness across material, production capacity, inventory, warehouse, and other operational requirements prior to project implementation or launch.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, progress reports, and management updates, while facilitating project meetings and following up on action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Planning, NPD/NPI, or related roles.
• Strong ability in project planning, timeline management, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong follow-up and sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.
