Job summary

Prysmian in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead distribution, inbound/outbound activities, and cost-down initiatives. You will oversee safety, SAP-based inventory control, and bonded zone compliance while directing a team to meet targets.

Collaborating with planners and cross-functional teams, you will optimize processes, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold quality and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution and Exim related.
• Proven experience in managing teams with strong leadership.
• Proficient in SAP for warehouse management and bonded zone regulations.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and related tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and distribution processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

Warehouse :

• Responsible for Inbound & Outbound for warehouse activity. And reported to Supply Chain Manager.
• Ensure safety activity in warehouse area.
• Knows bonded zone activity and the regulation.
• Able and show leadership to manage the team.
• Can work under high pressure and achieve the target.

Logistic :

• Responsible for planning delivery for all finish goods and work together with planner team.
• Ensure safety activity in logistic area.
• Knows bonded zone activity and the regulation.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
