Job summary

WIK - ELEKTROGERÄTE Entwicklungs- und Service-GmbH & Co. KG in Indonesia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team, oversee inbound materials, storage and production readiness, and ensure safety and quality.

You will use SAP WM for inventory control, implement 6S, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Accounts for stocktaking. A Bachelor’s in logistics with 3+ years’ experience and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Detail oriented with high standards and hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Good English reading, speaking and writing; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse team from incoming materials to production and storage.
• Direct daily supervision to meet objectives with quality and safety.
• Resolve conflicts on site and conduct cycle counts; assist accounts with stocktaking.
• Utilize SAP WM for warehouse management and provide feedback to improve the system.
• Implement the 6-S system to reduce damage and control consumables with safety measures.

Your Tasks

• Supervise, guiding and managed team members on job arrangements from incoming materials, issuing to production, storing material and complying to company policies.
• Provides direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality, safety, inventory control.
• Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure that parties involved are treated fairly without bias. conduct cycle count for those critical materials or in case of any uncertain stock and assist Accounts Departments for the annual stocktaking.
• Make well use of the SAP (WM) system for warehouse management and give constructive advice/feedback for enhancing/improving the system.
• Implement the 6-S system for store and reduce the materials damage and deterioration, strictly control the consumable usage for warehouse and ensure there are no abusively using them with some workable control measures and the safety measures as well as Social Accountability procedures.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Details oriented, maintains high standards in all areas, and has a hands-on commitment to getting the job done. Good SAP, WM module, 5S, environmental health and safety, MM and SIO.
• Good in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office. Ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability.
• Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task, ability to perform under high pressure and seek continuous improvement.
