Job summary

Prysmian Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse and distribution operations. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, optimize inventory with SAP, and ensure compliance with bonded zone regulations while driving cost-down initiatives.

You will lead a logistics team, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and uphold safety standards. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in industrial management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of distribution and Exim experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in SAP for warehouse management and bonded zone regulations.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft tools).
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and distribution processes.
• Detail-oriented with focus on regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment policies are adhered to in all logistics activities.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations and oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify actions to drive cost down and improve efficiency.
• Plan and execute inbound/outbound shipments (Sea, Road and Air) within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with bonded zone regulations and maintain these standards.
• Lead logistics team with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Utilize SAP for inventory management and order fulfillment optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline distribution and improve service levels.
