Job summary

ASIA PULP AND PAPER (Serang Mill) seeks a Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability and performance of manufacturing assets in the Serang complex. The role focuses on implementing reliability strategies and leading RCFA analyses for major equipment issues.

Requirements include a mechanical/electrical engineering background with 5–10 years of related experience, familiarity with vibration analysis, laser alignment, RCA and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Reliability and Condition Monitoring.
• Fundamental rotating equipment knowledge, electrical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of laser alignment and vibration analysis.
• Familiar with root cause analysis (RCA) and Loostime analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor reliability strategies.
• Oversee rotating equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Lead RCFA for major breakdowns and recurring issues.
• Drive maintenance strategy, vibration analysis and troubleshooting.

PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill is Paper Manufacture, part of Asia Pulp Paper. Located in Serang - Banten our manufacturing complex spans 550 hectares and operates with a production capacity of more than 1,000 tons per day. The main products of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Serang Mill are packaging papers. Our mill is equipped with advanced paper machines that are fully capable of supporting large-scale production requirements.

Join our team as Reliability engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and assets within the paper mill.

Requirements :

Background Education Mechanical / Electrical (S1)

Experience 5 - 10 years in Reliability, Condition Monitoring and Engineering

Understanding Fundamental Rotating Equipment , Electrical Inspection and Preventive Maintenance

Understanding Basic Knowledge Laser Alignment, Vibration Analysis

Familiar with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Loostime Analysis
