Job summary

Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional for the Serang facility. The role focuses on driving improvements across production processes and driving performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–3 years of experience in improvement environments, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence/Manufacturing Excellence/Production environments.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing and facilitating improvement projects from planning through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Proactive, innovative, and willing to learn.
• Strong ownership and commitment to project completion.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
