Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional for the Serang facility. The role focuses on driving improvements across production processes and driving performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–3 years of experience in improvement environments, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, or Production environments.
Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
Experience in managing and facilitating improvement projects from planning through implementation and performance monitoring.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Proactive, innovative, and willing to learn.
Strong ownership and commitment to project completion.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Candidate must be willing to work at PT The Univenus Serang.
