ASIA PULP AND PAPER is seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper or manufacturing sector. You will prepare BoQs, validate contractor volumes and progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Civil Quantity Surveyor in the paper or manufacturing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Self-motivated, proactive, and hard worker
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Willing to be placed in Karawang West Java
Prepare Bill of quantities, Quantity measurement methods and formats.
Check and ensure all Contractors civil works to ensure those are as per the specifications, drawing and technical requirements.
Check all contractors work volumes and ensure they are as per the contract.
Check and verify contractor monthly progress reports are correct as per the works executed.
Estimate total volume of works for each contract.
Prepare final quantities as per the works completed and ensure all the works are as per the contract.
