Job summary

Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) seeks a TPM/Maintenance professional to drive TPM across production operations in Indonesia. You will monitor equipment performance, lead loss analyses, and push continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to achieve plant targets.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years in TPM, maintenance, or CI are required, with preference for paper-industry experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in TPM, Maintenance, CI, or Manufacturing Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, Kaizen, and problem-solving.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or paper industry preferred.
