Job summary

ASIA PULP AND PAPER in Sumatera Selatan seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot paper machine electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems, ensuring smooth operation and high reliability.

You will analyze breakdowns, execute preventive maintenance, monitor performance, support upgrades, coordinate with production teams, and contribute to RCA and spare parts planning while upholding safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the paper manufacturing industry, preferably in the Paper Machine area.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, MCCs, power distribution, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with DCS systems and industrial instrumentation is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues effectively.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
