We are seeking experienced Electrical & Power Plant professionals to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of power generation and electrical distribution systems. Successful candidates will be considered for placement as Technician Electrical Maintenance, Supervisor Electrical Maintenance, or Specialist Cogen Operation, depending on qualifications and experience.
Perform operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for electrical and power generation equipment.
Ensure reliable operation of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems.
Conduct preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Analyze electrical system issues and implement effective corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support shutdown planning, execution, load shedding, black start activities, and emergency response.
Monitor and improve power quality, including voltage sag/swell, harmonics, overcurrent, and overheating issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot transformers, MCCs, switchgears, generators, protection relays, and related equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
Support installation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
Operate and maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA, and process control systems.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure plant reliability and safety compliance.
Utilize SAP PM or equivalent CMMS for maintenance planning and documentation.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant or cogeneration plant
Experience in operation and maintenance of LV/MV/HV electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of Transformers, MCC (Motor Control Center), MV/HV Switchgear, Generator operation and maintenance, Relay protection systems, Switchgear maintenance, Power quality analysis
Familiar with PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, Instrumentation and process control; Installation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance activities; Steam turbine and boiler systems.
Experience in Shutdown management, Breakdown maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SAP PM Module
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
