Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Troubleshoot and manage CCTV system and security infrastructure.
• Manage email, domain, and DNS configurations for the company.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and services.
• Monitor servers and backups; troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation; coordinate with vendors.

Get to Know the Role

As a Supervisor, IT Support you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth operation of our company’s IT infrastructure and daily technology needs. You will work closely with internal users, cross-functional teams, and external IT vendors to resolve technical issues, maintain IT systems, and support continuous improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Do?

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot the company’s CCTV system.
• Manage company email, domain, and basic DNS configurations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Support and monitor internal servers and basic backup activities.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and switch connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, including laptops, PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and troubleshooting logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple IT issues and priorities while demonstrating willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge in: IT hardware & software troubleshooting, Networking, CCTV systems, Microsoft 365, Email & domain management, Basic server administration, IT asset management, User access management
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang City, Banten.
