You will work with internal users, cross-functional teams, and external IT vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or supervisory roles.
Strong ability to manage multiple IT issues and priorities.
Experience with CCTV, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Troubleshoot and manage CCTV system and security infrastructure.
Manage email, domain, and DNS configurations for the company.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and services.
Monitor servers and backups; troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
Maintain IT assets and documentation; coordinate with vendors.
