The role requires hands-on leadership of an IT team, strong knowledge of hotel IT infrastructure, and the ability to keep 24/7 operations running smoothly while coordinating with vendors and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in an IT Supervisor/Team Leader role with 2-3 years IT experience.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the IT team for productivity and service.
• Monitor hotel IT operations; ensure networks, servers, CCTV, and Wi-Fi run reliably.
• Troubleshoot incidents and minimize downtime to maintain operations.
• Plan maintenance, asset management, backups, cybersecurity, and documentation.
• Analyze issues, coordinate with vendors, and recommend upgrades when needed.

A leading 5-star hotel in Bali is looking for an IT Supervisor to support our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through reliable, secure, and efficient technology.

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Supervisor to join our team in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the IT team to ensure high productivity, professional service, and consistent technical performance.
• Monitor daily hotel IT operations and ensure all systems, networks, hardware, software, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone/PABX, servers, and other technology infrastructure operate smoothly and reliably.
• Handle and troubleshoot IT incidents, user complaints, and system disruptions promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining seamless hotel operations.
• Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance, IT asset management, system backups, cybersecurity measures, and technical documentation.
• Analyze recurring IT issues and system performance, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and recommend improvements, upgrades, and technology replacements when required.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with experience in an IT Supervisor/Team Leader role and 2-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, CCTV, PABX, computers, and IT peripherals.
• Familiar with hospitality technology systems such as PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, door lock systems, and other hotel applications, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IT security, backup systems, access control, antivirus, network monitoring, preventive maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and customer-service skills; able to work under pressure and support 24/7 hotel operations, with good English communication skills.
