Job summary

PT Sinar Alfa Omega is seeking a Staff, R&D Regulatory to ensure every product complies with BPOM and halal regulations. You will manage registrations, review formulations, and coordinate testing while maintaining comprehensive regulatory records.

This on-site role in Tangerang will interact with internal teams and external partners to sustain compliant product development and timely submissions for market readiness.

Responsibilities

Get to Know the Role

As a Staff, R&D Regulatory you'll play a key role in ensuring every product meets regulatory requirements. From BPOM registration and halal certification to reviewing product formulas and coordinating external testing, you'll help turn ideas into compliant, market-ready products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product registration processes with BPOM and halal certification applications.
• Review product formulations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory documentation while supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Coordinate with external laboratories and other third parties regarding product testing activities.
• Ensure all regulatory submissions and documentation are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide recommendations for their implementation within the company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Regulatory Affairs Staff; experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of BPOM product registration, halal certification, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) in Tangerang City, Banten.
