Job summary

PT Kalibesar Raya Utama is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, and disciplinary activities for our organization.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory HR experience, strong knowledge of HR regulations, familiarity with HR systems, and solid computer skills. You will monitor HR procedures and help drive continuous improvement across the company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR regulation and up to date with the latest regulations.
• Familiar with HR System and improvement.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and related HR services.
• Monitor implementation of HR System and Procedures.
• Review continuous improvement on HR System and Procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor the implementation of company policies and regulations.
• Manage employee career development and succession planning.

Job description
