Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking an experienced Superintendent HR to support HR activities on site, aligning with company policies and goals. You will develop and implement HR policies, coordinate recruitment, and oversee labour contracts to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The role requires extensive HR experience, remote-site exposure, and familiarity with the construction/mining sector. Strong Microsoft Office skills and onboarding process proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR management; undergraduate degree preferable.
• 8-10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience managing daily and monthly HR activities.
• Experience working on remote site.
• Construction/mining industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize multiple HR functions and provide direction to staff within assigned areas.
• Maintain two-way communication with Hiring team to support recruitment needs.
• Maintain startup projects by coordinating with Project managers on recruitment timelines.
• Coordinate contracts for labour supply with Legal and follow up with agents.
• Develop the design, implementation and administration of HR policies and activities.
• Prepare HR annual budget reports to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
• Ensure new staff onboarding processes to assimilate into corporate culture.
