Job summary

PT TRIEFTA AROMA NUSANTARA is seeking an EXIM Supervisor to oversee export-import operations from document preparation through to final delivery or receipt of goods.

The role requires strong knowledge of EXIM procedures, compliance with customs regulations, and coordination with freight forwarders and brokers. You will lead EXIM staff and prepare regular shipment reports, while staying in Gresik, East Java.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Export-Import (EXIM) or Logistics; team coordination or supervision is a plus.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export and import processes, from document prep to delivery/receipt of goods.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of EXIM docs (Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, B/L, AWB).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, suppliers, customers, and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and government requirements.

Job description

The EXIM Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the company’s entire export and import operations, from document preparation through to the successful delivery or receipt of goods.

Job Description:

Coordinate the company’s entire export and import processes, from document preparation through to the successful delivery or receipt of goods.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of EXIM documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, PEB/PIB, Certificates of Origin (COO), Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), and other supporting documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, PPJK/customs brokers, shipping lines/airlines, suppliers, customers, warehouses, purchasing, finance, and other relevant parties.

Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance processes to ensure shipments are completed and delivered on time.

Ensure all export and import activities comply with applicable customs regulations and government requirements.

Monitor and control freight, handling, customs, demurrage/detention, and other EXIM-related costs.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of EXIM Staff while ensuring proper administration, documentation, and filing.

Prepare regular export-import shipment reports and monitoring reports, and follow up on any issues or delays that may arise.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Export-Import (EXIM) or Logistics; experience in team coordination or supervision is an advantage.

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, particularly for business communication and correspondence.

Strong understanding of export-import procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, HS Codes, PEB/PIB, Certificates of Origin (COO), Bills of Lading/Air Waybills (B/L & AWB), customs clearance, and shipping documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare shipment monitoring tools and reports.

Experienced in coordinating with freight forwarders, PPJK/customs brokers, and shipping lines.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Able to work effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrate strong follow-up skills, and communicate firmly and professionally with relevant stakeholders.

Willing to stay in Gresik, East Java
