Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an EXIM Staff to support export and import activities at our Central Cikarang location, West Java. The candidate should understand export/import processes and have strong organizational and communication skills, with 2+ years in related roles.

Responsibilities include processing documents, coordinating with customs and shipping partners, tracking shipments, and reporting on activity. Willingness for onsite interview is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of export/import processes and customs regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in EXIM or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Process export and import documents (waybills, invoices, manifests, etc.) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze data and prepare regular export-import activity reports.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the operations team.

Job Description

Process the necessary export and import documents, such as waybills, invoices, manifests, and other documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Coordinate with customs, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery and receipt of goods.

Monitor the status of shipments and receipts, and identify and resolve any issues that arise.

Analyze statistical data and prepare regular reports on export-import activities.

Provide other administrative and logistical support as needed to support the operations team.
