Job summary

The role focuses on managing import/export activities, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with shipping agencies while maintaining compliance with global trade regulations. Placement is in Surabaya, with opportunities to interface with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Management, Transportation, Logistics or related.
• English proficiency for written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of forwarding, EMKL trucking, Export/Import, OFF and AFF is preferred.
• Familiar with submitting outward & inward manifests to Ceisa 4.0 system.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Placement in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate import and export activities
• Handle job related to import / export shipment
• Monitor and trac shipment to ensure timely delivery
• Handle local (domestics) shipment
• Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays
