Prismas Jamintara sedang mencari profesional berpengalaman untuk mengelola operasional impor & ekspor di wilayah Jakarta. Anda akan mengoordinasikan pengiriman harian, memeriksa dokumen, dan memastikan kepatuhan bea cukai serta persetujuan lisensi impor.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang kuat, pengalaman dengan dokumentasi ekspor-impor untuk besi/baja, serta kerja di lokasi Legok, Tangerang. Jabatan penuh waktu, berada di lokasi on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di posisi terkait.
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
• Berpengalaman menangani dokumentasi ekspor-impor, khususnya untuk besi, baja, dan material terkait.
• Akrab dengan prosedur ekspor-impor dan dokumen pendukung.
• Lokasi: Legok, Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Koordinasi operasi impor & ekspor harian: persiapan pengiriman, tinjau dokumentasi, kepatuhan bea cukai, dan permohonan lisensi impor.
• Koordinasi kepatuhan perdagangan & dokumentasi, menjaga catatan pengiriman.
• Koordinasi logistik & pelaporan dengan forwarder dan pihak terkait untuk memantau kemajuan pengiriman.
• Perbaikan proses: sederhanakan alur kerja, kurangi keterlambatan, tingkatkan akurasi dokumentasi.
• Komitmen terhadap budaya keselamatan sebagaimana ditetapkan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Import & Export Operations: Coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, including shipment preparation, documentation review, customs clearance coordination, import licence applications and amendments, and shipment status monitoring.
• Trade Compliance & Documentation: Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable Indonesian regulations, Weir policies and procedures. Maintain accurate shipment records and support correct HS code application in accordance with established trade compliance requirements.
• Logistics Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, manage delivery risks and provide accurate shipment and performance reports.
• Process Improvement: Review existing import, export and logistics processes to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce delays and improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and operational controls.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced in handling export-import documentation, particularly for iron, steel, and related materials.
• Familiar with export-import procedures and supporting documentation.
