Job summary

PT Dover Chemical is seeking an experienced Export Administrator in Jakarta Barat to supervise daily export activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners.

You will review export documents, train staff on procedures and ERP workflows, and ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, ISO-certified chemical company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with logistics focus.
• 5+ years in Sales Administration and Logistics.
• Fluent in English and literate.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/AX/Netsuite).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork.
• Driver's license (SIM A).
• Willing to work in Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily export activities (PI, SO, booking, stuffing, PEB, shipment).
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of export docs (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, PEB, LC).
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays with internal and external parties.
• Review and approve export documents before submission to customers, banks, lines, forwarders, authorities.
• Train and coach team on export procedures, regulations, docs, and ERP workflows.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily export activities, including PI, SO, booking, stuffing, PEB, and shipment processes.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB, and Letter of Credit (LC).

Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with internal and external parties, and promptly resolve delays or operational issues.

Review and approve export documents prior to submission to customers, banks, shipping lines, forwarders, and relevant authorities.

Ensure export processes comply with applicable regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.

Train, coach, and provide guidance to team members on export procedures, regulations, documentation, and ERP workflows.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at a least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Ocean Logistic Transportation
• At least 5 years(s) of working experience as Sales Administration and Logistic.
• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy (Mandatory).
• Must able to operate ERP system such as SAP / Oracle / AX / Netsuite (Mandatory).
• Must able to operate computer and fluent in Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
• Good personality, good relationships, good leadership, communicative and team player.
• Must have a driver's license (SIM A).
• Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
