Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years experience in admin export.
• Understanding of sales administration and logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Export Declaration (PEB), Certificate of Origin.
• Coordinate internally with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure goods readiness.
• Input Sales Order into ERP System Netsuite.
• Arrange vessel and container bookings.
• Submit DG Declaration and Shipping Instructions to carriers.
• Liaise with buyers regarding shipping documents and schedules.
• Provide documents to Finance for receivables recording.
