Job summary

PT Dover Chemical is seeking a Technical Sales professional to grow the market for concrete chemical products in West Jakarta and across Indonesia. You will conduct customer-site trials and demonstrations, prepare forecasts, and generate business correspondence to support growth.

The role requires a 5+ year background in precast/ready-mix or construction chemicals, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in precast/ready-mix/construction chemicals.
• Experience with concrete admixtures.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical trials at customer sites.
• Understanding of precast and ready-mix businesses.
• Positive attitude, high motivation and initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
• Willing to travel to all cities in Indonesia.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

At least 5 years of experience in the precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, or construction chemicals industry.

Experience with concrete admixtures and their applications.

Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical trials at customer sites.

Understanding of the precast and ready-mix concrete businesses.

Possess a positive attitude, high motivation, initiative, and a can-do mindset.

Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A).

Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.

Willing to travel to all city in Indonesia.

Well-connected with concrete admixture customers.
