Job description

Plan and schedule the delivery of finished packaging products based on customer requirements, production availability, and delivery priorities.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales Admin and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Plan and optimize delivery routes and transportation resources based on vehicle capacity, delivery locations, route conditions, and transportation constraints.

Monitor delivery status and execution, and follow up on delays, partial deliveries, or other delivery issues.

Identify delivery and route risks and develop appropriate mitigation or contingency plans.

Update delivery plans and prepare delivery performance reports, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), delays, and transportation performance, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in packaging planning, logistics, supply chain or related operations.

Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Packaging Operations.

Has a good understanding of transportation routes, delivery areas, and route planning, including the ability to assess route accessibility, travel distances, transportation constraints, and potential delivery risks.

Demonstrates strong responsibility, work ethic, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Possesses a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.

Excellent computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointApplicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
