Job summary

PT Dover Chemical in Jakarta Barat seeks an Admin Export to manage trade documents and logistics support for export shipments.

The role requires coordinating with sales, production and warehouse teams, inputting sales orders into Netsuite, arranging vessel bookings, submitting shipping declarations, liaising with buyers, and delivering documents to Finance for receivables. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years experience in admin export.
Understanding of sales administration and logistics.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Create and manage Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Export Declaration (PEB), Certificate of Origin.
Coordinate internally with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure goods readiness.
Input Sales Order into ERP System Netsuite.
Arrange vessel and container bookings.
Submit DG Declaration and Shipping Instructions to carriers.

Job description

Requirement :

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree

At least 3 years of experience as a admin export.

Excellent in computer literate. Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).

Able to communicate in English both oral and written (speaking, writing, and listening).

Able to work as a team or individual, positive attitude, fast learner, detail oriented, responsible, good communication, hardworking, and, good relationship.
