Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, management, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in performance or talent management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, talent review, succession planning and competency management.
• Experience in developing KPI/performance management systems and talent development programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and oversee Performance Management and Talent Management programs across corporate and mining site operations.
• Develop and monitor KPI and performance evaluation systems aligned with mining objectives.
• Conduct Talent Review, Talent Mapping, and Succession Planning for critical positions.

Responsible for driving Performance and Talent Management programs, including performance evaluation, talent development, succession planning, and career development aligned with the company’s HCM strategy.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Master's (S2) Degree, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or Human Capital Development, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Competency Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI/Performance Management systems and talent development programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with various stakeholders.
