Job summary

PT Darma Henwa Tbk is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive Performance Management and Talent Management across corporate and mining site operations in Indonesia. You will oversee KPI development, performance evaluations, and succession planning to align with the company’s HCM strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, management, industrial engineering or related field.
5–7 years of experience in performance or talent management, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of performance management, talent review, succession planning and competency management.
Experience in developing KPI/performance management systems and talent development programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Performance Management and Talent Management programs across corporate and mining site operations.
Develop and monitor KPI and performance evaluation systems aligned with mining objectives.
Conduct Talent Review, Talent Mapping, and Succession Planning for critical positions.
Identify HiPo employees and develop talent programs to support leadership pipeline.
