Job summary

Resting Koala Group in Bali seeks an experienced studio operations leader to own the front desk and housekeeping, coordinate with instructors, and report to the Director. You will supervise 4–5 staff, manage class flow, and maintain spotless presentation.

You’ll drive monthly revenue, push member and class-pack sales, handle bookings, and build community partnerships with local businesses. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are required, with availability for early mornings and some weekends,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fitness studio, gym, spa, hotel or beach club operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisor or team leader role.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk and housekeeping, schedule 4–5 staff, and ensure daily operations.
• Hit revenue and fill-rate targets and drive membership sales.
• Plan community events, partnerships, and coordinate with instructors.
• Maintain guest relations, training, and adherence to brand standards.
