The role reports to the Center Director and involves collaboration with Center staff to maintain an engaging learning environment and ensure high-quality service for families.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Center Director and collaborate with Fellow Progress Advisors, Director of Studies, and Course Consultants.
• Drive course renewals through personalized service and progress-based conversations.
• Generate referrals by delivering a high-quality customer experience and fostering trust with parents.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized environment and support student engagement and learning goals.
