Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is seeking a Progress Advisor to support student success and strengthen relationships with parents, driving course renewals and referrals through transparent communication of student progress and timely issue resolution.

You will report to the Center Director and collaborate with fellow Progress Advisors, the Director of Studies, and Course Consultants to cover communication, relationship management, problem solving, and sales administration in a welcoming learning community.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Time management skills, able to set priorities, and complete tasks on time with high quality.

• A strong team player, able to work well with colleagues.
• Natural problem solvers, able to prioritize customers, find and provide solutions to customers' problems while adhering to English 1's rules and values.
• Strong salespeople, able to quickly understand company products and knowledge, and effectively present English 1 schools and products to customers.
• Good English language skills, minimum B1 for oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Report to Center Director and maintain strong communication with fellow Progress Advisors, Director of Studies, and Course Consultants.
• Drive course renewals through proactive service and progress-based conversations.
• Generate referrals by delivering high-quality customer experiences and building trust.
• Manage communications with parents about student progress, schedules, and center policies.
• Collaborate with teachers and other teams to resolve student engagement or scheduling issues.
• Support a welcoming, safe, and organized learning environment.
