English 1 Indonesia is seeking Progress Advisors to support student success and strengthen relationships with parents. You will manage communication, track progress, and help drive course renewals and referrals within a welcoming center culture.
As a Progress Advisor, you will report to the Center Director and collaborate with the Studies Director, Marketing, and Course Consultants to ensure high-quality service and student engagement across our learning centers.

Progress Advisors (PAs) play a vital role in supporting student success and strengthening customer relationships at English 1. They must have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. PAs are responsible for driving course renewals and generating referrals by building trust with parents, communicating student progress in a timely and effective manner, and addressing concerns as they arise.
An English 1 center is more than just a school it’s a learning community. PAs help nurture this environment by encouraging student commitment, supporting engagement with learning goals, and contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
