Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama in Manado, Indonesia, is seeking a Progress Advisor to support students and customers by enhancing the learning experience and maintaining strong communication with teachers and parents.

You will coordinate parent events, monitor student progress, handle payments and retention efforts, and help achieve school sales targets while delivering excellent service and education outcomes.

Qualifications

• University graduate, Diplomate/ Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience.
• Self-learning and open minded.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Multitasking, good organization and planning.
• Pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for students and customers learning experience at English 1 Center.
