You will report to regional leadership, collaborate with support teams, and uphold SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, with strong English and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales and marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a multifaceted operation.
• Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the center by setting and monitoring KPIs with regional support.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract students and build brand awareness.
• Oversee sales/ enrollment targets and revenue goals.
• Partner with Director of Studies to improve academic quality and student retention.
• Manage daily operations and ensure SOP compliance across departments.
• Ensure IT systems and records meet standards and are maintained.
