Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is seeking Progress Advisors to support student success and strengthen relationships with families. You will manage parent updates, communicate learning progress, and drive course renewals while promoting engagement with learning goals.

Successful candidates demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and English proficiency at least B1 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Center Director and collaborate with Fellow Progress Advisors, Director of Studies, and Course Consultants.
• Communicate with parents to share learning progress and program updates.
• Drive course renewals through personalized service and progress-based conversations.
• Encourage referrals by delivering a high-quality customer experience and building trust.
• Support engagement with learning goals and maintain a welcoming center atmosphere.
