Job summary

English 1 Indonesia seeks a Progress Advisor to support student success by building strong relationships with families, driving course renewals, and generating referrals through proactive, transparent communication. The role reports to the Center Director and partners with Center staff to ensure high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints.

• Natural problem solvers, able to prioritize customers, find and provide solutions to customers' problems while adhering to English 1's rules and values.
• Strong salespeople, able to quickly understand company products and knowledge, and effectively present English 1 schools and products to customers.
• Good English language skills, minimum B1 for oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely updates on learning progress and proactively initiate check-ins to maintain transparency.
• Provide parents with the latest information about the course when needed (e.g., lessons discussed in class, practice work, test results).
• Use clear and respectful language to explain learning goals, academic progress, and center policies.
• Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate, and organize events related to parents in accordance with our communication system.
• Provide timely information to parents about changes related to the study (e.g., teachers, schedule).
• Gather input from parents about past events and experiences with English 1 in general.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with students and their families.
• Promote a sense of community by ensuring parents feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Support student motivation and accountability by encouraging consistent study habits and recognizing achievements.
