Job summary

English 1 is seeking a Progress Advisor to act as the bridge between our learning center, students, and parents. You will deliver timely updates, build trust-based relationships, and proactively solve scheduling or learning issues to support student success.

You will also drive growth by encouraging course renewals and referrals, while tracking progress data to identify early disengagement signs and intervene thoughtfully.
