The ideal candidate has a Diploma 3, strong communication and time management, and can work independently with a smartphone and laptop. You’ll contribute to both student success and sales targets within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
Build relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students reach learning goals.
Hit individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
