Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Personal smartphone and laptop required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting decision-making.
• Provide consistent advice and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
